How long will it take to clean my appliance?

Between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the size and the type of your appliance.

What is the process for oven cleaning?

• Remove the door (when possible) to have a better access to the inside of the oven
• Remove all racks, shelves and trays that will be cleaned in a dip tank at the back of our vehicle
• Clean the inside of the oven (sides, back and top panel )
• Clean the door, all glass panels (if not sealed), buttons,etc

How can I pay

We accept cash and same day bank transfer. An invoice will always be given to you at the end of the job.

Are you insured?

Our team, vehicles and services we provide are all covered by public liability insurance.

Are your staff qualified?

Yes, our staff are fully trained and qualified to provide you with the best service and result.

How often should I have my oven cleaned?

That's entirely your decision - it depends on how much you use your oven. However, most of our customers book regular appointments. We recommend that you have your oven cleaned regularly, so let us know your preference (usually 3, 6, 9 or 12 months) and we'll get back to you to arrange the next visit.

Are all the products that you will be using eco-friendly?

100% of our cleaning products are eco-friendly, non-caustic, and no fumes or traces will be noticeable during or at the end of the cleaning process. You will also be able to use your appliance immediately.
